Fishes or Fishing Tools?

I’m astonished by the degree of how much we ignore the connection of the taxes we all pay to our communities, our Democracies, with the obligation of our communities to support and directly fund innovative entrepreneurship. It’s just unbelievable… we supply almost 40% of our income to pay taxes and we simply ignore this pile of cash when it comes to the very essence of our prosperity which is job creation and growth…

Is like we feel almost religiously that this monies are not for people… are for some extraterrestrial guys that called Politicians, Banks, Big Corps and some others that are called Public Servants…

What make our societies prosperous is entrepreneurship… is what creates new value for everything to run… Why we disconnect taxation from redistribution? The most basic principle of taxation is exactly that, to redistribute opportunities to unequal’s…

Aristotle said

"There is nothing more unequal than the equal treatment of unequal people."

Thomas Jefferson 2000 years later used this quote to establish in the US constitution the right of free public education for everyone! Jefferson is one of the most classic Liberals...

Why we don’t get it? A guy that has income of 10K€ is UNEQUAL when it comes to startup… And guess what these guys constitute >1/3 of our western population… They don’t have ideas? Guess what “Necessity is the mother of innovation”!!!

These guys have to try to find an INVESTOR… why they have to do such a thing?

Nowadays investors are financing just the 2-3% of ALL SUCCESSFUL ideas out there!!

And that percentage is falling every day!!!

Why we expect to change that with tax breaks and “policies”?

Don’t we understand that Capitalism has converted from Entrepreneurial that was back in 60’s 70’s to Financial Capitalism?

Investors are having hundreds of times better tools to make profits more predictable, than to invest in startups…!!

Financialization is in full motion... Why we discuss about FTT or Tobin tax?

Because there is a PROBLEM.-

Investors that do finance startups are giving just the 0.0006% of all capital that investors turnaround out there… Investors that finance startups are just a bunch of hobbyists playing with toys… don’t we GET that?

Why we try to solve it with a myriad of private *only* solutions?

Why Crowd-funding, Social Cap etc?…

Don’t we pay our taxes?

*Why* we have invented a sort of "community tax" like Crowdfunding is?

Why we don’t INVENT a mechanism that will invest JUST a mare 0,2% of taxation to innovative entrepreneurship, a tool that can do this function within our Democracy context?

Does our monies are just for bailing out Big Corps and Banks?

Why we don’t care about our common capital? Our human capital? Our youth?

Do we thing that we can’t be heard by the extraterrestrials (our politicians)?

I have news for all of you guys; they don’t hear us because we don’t provide them a functional solution… a tool that does the job… Yes! It’s that simple…

Some would say transparency, bureaucracy and corruption are the barrier…

I’d say, we have invented myriads of tools, we have gone to the moon and back, and we have done miracles in Technology, Medicine and Science!!!

What? We can’t invent a Transparent, Democratic and Market driven way to distribute, with merit, opportunities to our communities?

Is it our selfishness the barrier? "Why we should support the x and y?"

Or we are just plain stupid when it comes to distribute equally opportunities in order to create value?

I think its selfishness...

Plain Ego...

No Capitalism, No Imperialism, No Conspiracy theories, No Aliens, No nothing…

Plain Ego…

Our Democracies IS US! Yes! Me, You, Everyone... we are the community...

We prefer to do a charity than supply the means…

We prefer to give a fish than to give the tools to catch fishes…

Probably because we have an interest to supply JUST fishes and NOT fishing tools…

We are causing the so called economic death spiral... We can change that... If we want.

One proposed solution... iDea Framework
